EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

 You have 7 days from the date of delivery to claim for the return or exchange if :-

  • The item is soiled, flawed, damaged, or lacking.
  • The item(s) must be brand-new, sealed in its original box with all labels and security tape still on them.
  • The item’s size is different from what was ordered.
  • For returns and complete refunds, products bought directly from our website must be sent to our Customer Services division. Currently, internet purchases cannot be returned to physical stores.
  • This only applies to items that are shipped within Pakistan; for orders outside of Pakistan, please contact our customer care staff, and we will do everything in our power to assist you.
  • Please be aware that owing to the nature of the products and to uphold hygiene requirements, inner-wear items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Jewelry, cosmetics, and colognes cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Only if the item you get does not match the one you bought are exchanges and refunds permitted during sales or on discounted items.

HOW TO APPLY FOR THE RETURN?

  • Please email your order information and the reason for the return to support@alif.clothing.
  • You will be asked to send the package to the E-commerce Department of ALIF LIBAS ATTAQWAA.
  • Please be aware that the cost of returning the things to us is your responsibility.
  • Our customer care team may direct you to the closest ALIF Outlets for an exchange in such circumstances.

WHEN WILL MY RETURN BE PROCESSED?

  • We process it within 5-7 business days of receiving a return.
  • Please allow up to 14 working days during busy times to process your refund.

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY FOR SIZE EXCHANGES?

  •  Within 7 days after the delivery date, you are welcome to return your purchase to the E-commerce team by emailing us at support@alif.clothing if you are dissatisfied with the size you ordered and want to get a new size.
  • The item(s) must be brand-new, sealed in its original box, with all labels and security tape still on them.
  • Our customer care team may direct you to the closest ALIF Outlets for an exchange in such circumstances.
  • The above only applies to items shipped within Bangladesh; for orders outside of Bangladesh, don’t hesitate to contact our customer care staff, and we will do everything in our power to assist you.

OUR RETURN POLICY:

We regretfully do not provide refunds. If we cannot offer an exchange or another option, we may give a refund.Any online payments that ALIF has received are in BDT; thus, refunds will be made in that currency.Any changes in currency conversion rates are the customer’s responsibility.ALIF disclaims liability for any change in sum resulting from currency conversions.Shipping and handling fees are not refundable in the event of a refund.Refund processing typically takes 7 to 10 business days, depending on the payment method.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • ALIF does not have a Return policy for international orders, as the QC department checks all the products before packing and handing them to the courier.
  • If the customer refuses to accept the order at the time of delivery, ALIF is not obliged to return, refund, or compensate the order amount.
  • In exceptional cases, if an exchange is approved, customers are required to dispatch and return our products at our operations facility based in Bangladesh to be further checked, and if found any issue, the customer will be facilitated accordingly.
  • Return charges are to be borne by customers. Articles purchased on sale are not qualified for exchange or return.

ADDITIONAL RETURNS POLICY

  • Customized orders include alterations and custom-measured products that CANNOT be refunded or exchanged. 
  • However, if you received an incorrect measurement, you can send us evidence of the error in alterations, and we will try to fix the issue.
  • Exchanges and refunds during a sale or on a discounted product are only applicable if the product received does not match the product you have ordered.
